Bake broil or fry. Will bread 3-4 pounds of chicken.

Ingredients

Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Processed Wheat, Salt, Spices, Garlic, Spice Extractive, Paprika, Onion.

Directions

Frying Directions: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Wash chicken with water, shake off excess water. 3. Place Andy’s breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat chicken a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 4. Fry chicken for 12-15 minutes. Length of cook time may vary depending on amount and sizes of meat placed in the fryer. Make sure poultry, beef and pork are cooked thoroughly. 5. Remove from oil and drain. 6. Use caution when cooking with hot oil. 7. Poultry should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. When baked/broiled, this product is hot & spicy. Baking Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 3. Wash chicken with water, shake off excess water. 4. Place Andy’s breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat chicken a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 5. Place chicken on baking dish. Spray chicken evenly on top with nonstick oil, for golden brown color. 6. Place chicken in oven, bake at 375 degrees F for 45-60 minutes. Time of cooking may vary depending on size and amount of meat placed in dish. Make sure all poultry, beef and pork products are cooked thoroughly. 7. Poultry should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Broiling Directions: 1. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 2. Wash chicken with water, shake off excess water. 3. Place Andy’s breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat chicken a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 4. Place chicken on baking dish, spray chicken evenly on top with non-stick oil, for golden brown color. 5. Place dish on bottom rack of broiler. Broil 15-25 minutes. Make sure all poultry, beef and pork products are cooked thoroughly. 6. Poultry should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Tips: For thicker coating, in a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg, mix thoroughly. Dip meat of your choice in this mixture and follow breading and cooking instructions above.
