      Bake, broil or fry. Big, bold flavor. For perfectly seasoned fish & shrimp. Will bread 5-7 pounds of fish.

      Ingredients

      Corn Meal, Cracker Meal (bleached Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Soybean Oil), Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Spices, Salt, Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate, Onion Powder, Spice Extractive (wheat Flour, Extractives Of Capsicum), Extractives Of Paprika.

      Directions

      Fry: Frying Directions: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Wash fish or seafood with water, shake off excess water. 3. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 4. Fry fish or seafood for 3-5 minutes. 5. Remove from oil and drain. 6. Use caution when cooking with hot oil. Bake: When Baked/Broiled, This Product is Hot & Spicy! Baking Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 3. Wash fish or seafood with water, shake off excess water. 4. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 5. Place breaded pieces on baking dish, spray pieces evenly on top with non-stick oil for golden brown color. 6. Bake at 450 degrees F for 7-10 minutes, or to your preference. Broil: Broiling Directions: 1. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 2. Wash fish or seafood with water, shake off excess water. 3. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 4. Place breaded pieces on baking dish, spray pieces evenly on top with non-stick oil, for golden brown color. 5. Place dish on bottom rack of broiler. Broil 3-5 minutes, or to your preference. Tips: For thicker coating, in a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg, mix thoroughly. Dip fish or seafood in this mixture and then follow breading and cooking directions above. Andy's Fish Breading can be used in meatloaf, and also to deep fry a variety of vegetables.
